Grab the kettlebell with each hand and spreat your legs so each foot is outside the shoulder. Getting your hips into the exercise is very important: don’t be using your hands to power the swing. Finish this last super-set pair by doing elevated pushups.Alternate elevating hands by six inches as you are doing pushups.
Finish your repetitions on one side before you start on the other side.
