Simple Home Remedies for Weary Feet

Our feet are a very important and active part of our body. As a matter of fact, they also tend to be tired and weary. Our feet deserve to be pampered so here are a few home remedies that will surely relax your tired feet.

Soak your feet in warm water with salt for 10 minutes. Add Epsom salt to the water if you’re experiencing a sprain. To improve the blood circulation in your feet, use the hot ‘n’ cold treatment by dipping your feet in hot water and then in cold water for 20 minutes. You can also soak your feet in warm water with shampoo for 10 minutes to improve the texture of your toenails. Mix a few drops of lemon in Vaseline and gently apply on cracked heels. Massaging your feet with almond oil after bath can give best results if done for a month.
