Under the Weather
Most housewives feel they haven’t accomplished much for themselves, family and children taking most of their time. Constantly hammered by the stress and not being able to do or pursue the things they enjoy. They may have the resources and not the time or vice versa and deep inside the foreboding misery. But the difference between a happy woman and one who is often down in the dumps is her approach to problem solving. When confronted with adversity, one has to escape the rut of looking at problems as intractable or overwhelming by acting upbeat by smiling and cheerfully greeting all you meet, remarking on every positive thing noticed. Acknowledging what is good and beautiful trains one to see all the positive things around. At least for a hands-on mum, one is saved from the pressure of having nanny cams around.
